Exchange & Return Policy

Our exchange policy is divided into two categories based on the nature of the product:

1. International Leather Product Orders

• No return or exchange is allowed on custom-made international leather product shipments.
• Clients are encouraged to request samples before bulk production to ensure satisfaction.

2. Shop Products (shop)

• Products purchased from our online shop are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
• Full refund will be provided upon inspection and approval of the returned item.
