By accessing and using Convidule ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Convidule grants you a limited license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Convidule immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Content Ownership and Rights
You retain all rights to any content you create or upload to Convidule. By using the Service, you grant Convidule a non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for any content you post and ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Convidule, its suppliers, or other related parties be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Convidule, even if authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
6. Modifications to Service
Convidule may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
